The Perfect Contour Tool is a patent-pending cosmetic applicator invented in 2019 by Arin Williams.

Like many people, Arin has very little free time and can't keep up with the latest make-up trends, tutorials etc.  She observed many women having a challenging time learning the advanced technique of contouring and highlighting.

Arin is mainly a baby/toy inventor, but after finding no applicators on the market specifically designed to help guide users on where to place contouring and highlighting make-up, she invented the Perfect Contour Tool.
